Eligibility for refunds may depend on product condition, return approval, and compliance with return procedures. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party courier services once an item has been shipped. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all refund decisions are subject to review and final approval by Fitness Edition.

Fitness Edition offers refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. Refunds may be approved if a product is returned in its original condition, unused, and within the allowed return period. Certain items such as used equipment, damaged goods caused by misuse, or products without proof of purchase may not qualify for a refund. All refund requests must follow the proper return process and be reviewed before approval. Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund requests at Fitness Edition must be submitted within 7 to 14 days after receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process any refund claims. Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
